Turn the website that does nothing into one that brings in work.
More enquiries. Less admin. And a clear answer on where to spend your next pound.
Dear business owner,
You paid for a website. It looks fine. It brings in almost nothing.
The phone rings when an old customer passes your name on. The website sits there like a business card nobody picks up.
Meanwhile the admin piles up.
Someone asks for a quote at two in the afternoon. You're on a job. You reply at nine that night, once the day is done. By then they've booked someone else.
You send a quote and hear nothing. You mean to chase it. You forget. That job goes too.
Then there's the advertising question. Google? Facebook? The local magazine? Someone rings every week with a new answer. You try one. You spend a few hundred pounds. You can't tell if it worked.
Three problems. One result. Work that should be yours goes to someone else.
You've got the skill. The work is leaking out through the gaps.
I close the gaps. There are three, and I fix each one.
Three fixes. Each one has its own letter.
Start with the one that hurts most. Most owners start with the website.
A website that brings in work
Fast on a phone. Clear about what you do and where. One tap to call, message or book. You edit it yourself and you own it outright.

Tracking that shows what pays
Every call, form and booking counted, with where it came from. You see which marketing brings real jobs and which wastes money. Then you know where to put your effort.

Follow-up that runs itself
Every enquiry gets a reply in minutes, even when you're on a job. Quotes get chased. Happy customers get asked for a review. Nothing depends on you remembering.

What changes for you
- Your website starts bringing in enquiries. The same visitors you already get, with more of them getting in touch.
- You know where to put your effort. You see where your enquiries came from and what each one cost. You do more of what works and stop paying for what doesn't.
- The chasing happens without you. Replies, reminders and review requests go out on their own.
- You get your evenings back. More work coming in. Less work to win it.
That last one matters most if you want to grow. You can't take on more jobs when every new enquiry adds an hour of admin. Take the admin away and you can grow without giving up your evenings.
One I built
Take The Lead Services runs dog day care, home boarding, walking, training and grooming across Surrey and Hampshire.
Their site loads fast on a phone. A call and book bar follows you down the page. Customers can tap to call, WhatsApp or fill in a short form. And the owners change their own prices, services and photos from a simple admin page. No developer. No waiting.
That's the standard. Every Hone job starts there.
Who's writing this
My name is Damian. I've spent more than fifteen years in marketing. Search, websites, ads, tracking, customer systems. The dull plumbing that decides whether marketing pays.
I do the work myself. You won't be passed to an account manager or a junior. When you have a question, you ask the person who built it.
I'm local, near Yateley on the Surrey and Hampshire border. And I take on a few new businesses each month, so every job gets proper attention.
How it starts
It starts with one email and it costs you nothing.

P.S. Not sure your website is the problem? Think of your last ten jobs. If you can't say where each one came from, that's where we start.
